Terms of service
1. The agreement
These terms are between Korevra Technologies Ltd ("Korevra") and the organisation that opens a Real+ workspace ("you"). The person who signs up confirms they may bind that organisation. Our privacy notice forms part of these terms.
2. The service
Real+ is software for running property operations: records, a double-entry ledger, receipts, passes, escrow workflows, title checks, notices and related tools. Real+ records and organises your operations; it is not a bank, a payment institution, a law firm or a valuer. Escrow features record funds held and released under your instructions and your agreements; holding client money remains your responsibility and must follow the law that applies to you. Ask Real+ gives information, not legal or financial advice.
3. Trials and plans
Each organisation may use one free 14-day trial of every feature. When it ends the workspace becomes read-only until a plan is chosen; nothing is deleted. Starter is free for one landlord with up to three units. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in naira through Flutterwave or in dollars through Stripe where offered, at the prices on our pricing page when you subscribe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops the next renewal and access continues to the end of the paid period. If a renewal fails, editing continues for seven days, then the workspace becomes read-only until payment.
4. Your data
Your workspace's records belong to you. You give us permission to host and process them to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to keep the personal data you enter about tenants, residents, buyers and others, and for the accuracy of what you record.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Real+ to break the law, to defraud anyone, to list property you have no right to deal in, to harass people, or to probe, overload or work around the security of the service. We may suspend a workspace that does, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
6. Availability
We work to keep Real+ available and to back it up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans may include a service level in their own agreement.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Korevra's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Ending
You may close your workspace at any time by deleting the owner's account. We may end these terms on 30 days' notice, or at once for serious breach. After closure the workspace's records are erased after 30 days.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
