Do my tenants and residents pay?
No. Tenants, residents and buyers you invite use Real+ free, on the web or in the app. Plans count your team's logins, not theirs.
How do I pay?
In naira by card, bank transfer or USSD through Flutterwave, monthly or annually. Invoices appear in Plan & billing the moment a payment clears.
Is there a mobile app?
Real+ works in any phone browser today, and the Android and iPhone apps are on their way to Google Play and the App Store. The same account signs in everywhere.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes — the live demo is a complete shared world with sample estates, tenants and deals. Nothing you do there touches a real workspace.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, under Account settings → Delete your account. If you own the workspace, deleting closes it for everyone and its records are erased after 30 days. More on deletion.
Are title checks and the price index included?
Not yet in workspaces. Registry-backed title checks, the price index, investing and WhatsApp/USSD channels each need a partner — a land registry, verified market data, an SEC-registered platform, a WhatsApp business provider — and open as those go live. You can try every one of them today in the live demo.
