Delete your account
In the app
Sign in to Real+ on the web at app.realplus.io or in the Real+ app, open Account settings, scroll to Delete your account, type DELETE and confirm.
What is deleted, and when
- If you are a team member, tenant or resident: your sign-in is deleted at once and you are removed from the workspace. The records you entered stay with the organisation that owns the workspace, because they are its business records.
- If you own the workspace: deleting your account closes the workspace. Every member loses access at once, any subscription is cancelled, and the workspace's records are erased permanently 30 days later.
- Invoices for paid plans are kept for six years where tax law requires; nothing else is kept.
Can't sign in?
Email support@korevra.com from the address on the account with the subject "Delete my Real+ account". We confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
